It adopts Seelong’s drive dynamometer (model SSCD132-1500/4500) with 132kW power output, 1500rpm rated speed, 4500rpm maximum speed, and 0.2%FS torque measurement accuracy, paired with the brand’s load dynamometer (model SSCD110-300/600) boasting 110kW power, 300rpm rated speed, and 600rpm maximum speed.

Complemented by ABB’s inverter system—delivering 0.2%FS torque control precision, ±1rpm speed control accuracy, and 5ms rapid response—and Seelong’s XLP-1000 measurement and control system (fitted with an Intel Core i7 processor, 32GB DDR4 RAM, and a 1TB SSD), the bench achieves all-round monitoring and precise regulation of critical operating parameters like torque, speed, temperature, and pressure.
