6. Installation & Start-up

1. Slide module into 35 mm DIN-rail; latch until click.
2. Wire sensors – use shielded twisted-pair, shield earthed at panel entry only.
3. Connect 24 V – observe polarity; green “PWR” LED lights.
4. Configure controller – select “DATX 130” in Advant Station, set range & scaling.
5. Test signals – inject 4 mA, verify 3276 counts; inject 20 mA, verify 16383 counts.
