The LW630×1260-N power frequency centrifuge delivers efficient removal of 2–5µm fine solids and 6–10µm harmful phases in conventional drilling operations. With dual drum speed options (1,400 or 1,600 RPM) adjustable via pulley configuration, it generates centrifugal forces up to 967 Fr, ensuring optimal separation without complex controls. The 55kW main motor supports 80 m³/h throughput while minimizing barite loss. Dimensions: 3520×1880×1800 mm; weight: 4,800 kg.Engineered for cost efficiency, this centrifuge uses fixed-speed motors and mechanical pulleys instead of VFD systems.
