The XBSY multifunctional drill cuttings management system integrates the LL915S Dual-Drive Cuttings Dryer and LW450 Intelligent Centrifuge to achieve industry-leading waste reduction. Designed for both water-based (WBM) and oil-based (OBM) drilling, it processes 30-50t/h of cuttings, reducing residual oil to 3-8% and liquid density below 1.3g/cm³. Its compact footprint minimizes rig-site space requirements while enabling direct bagging of treated solids – eliminating secondary handling costs.
