1.It can precisely control the on-off of compressed air in specific circuits (such as the pneumatic actuators for cutter head lifting drive and fabric adsorption device). It realizes millisecond-level air circuit switching through electromagnetic or mechanical triggering, ensuring the timeliness of the actions of Z7 cutting machine's pneumatic components (such as air cylinders and vacuum suction cups) — for example, the cutter head quickly presses down/lifts up and the fabric is instantly adsorbed and fixed.

2.It is adapted to the standard working air pressure range of the Z7 cutting machine. Generally, the air pressure of the pneumatic system of industrial cutting machines is 0.6 - 0.8MPa. The pressure - bearing performance of the valve body is matched with the equipment's air pressure system to avoid air leakage or valve body damage caused by pressure incompatibility.
