Description:

The pneumatic peanut blanching machine features a specially designed chamber that automatically completes the blanching process by blowing and releasing air according to program instructions. Unlike traditional emery roller peelers, our equipment uses compressed air for peeling, which is less prone to wear. The peeled peanuts are left with a smooth, undamaged surface, achieving a peeling rate of up to 98% and an overall blanching rate of over 85%.
