1.Proper mesh grid prevents chickens from being trapped while allowing manures to

pass through, minimizing egg contamination. The cage provides ample space for

natural movement. The high-strength frame ensures structural integrity, preventing

deformation or collapse.

2.Troughs are made of a high-strength Al-Mg-Zn alloy (10% Al, 3% Mg)

with a thickness ranging from 0.95 mm to 0.98 mm. They are designed with

smooth surface for easy cleaning, and have solid and durable design. Two

versions are available: a 0.98 mm thick with flanged edges, and a 0.95 mm thick

without flanged edges.

3.The driven plastic nylon spiral roller prevents manure accumulation, ensuring smooth

rotation of the manure belt. Burr-free Al-Zn-Mg alloy brackets can withstand heavy

manure loads without deformation and not scratch the manure belt. The curved design

of the bracket ensures stable belt tracking and prevents manure falling onto the cage

net.

4.7W red LED light bulb is fully waterproof and dustproof. Operating on 220V DC. It

provides flicker-free, dimmable illumination that helps reduce stress, anal pecking, and

egg pecking. Equipped with a dimmer, integrated lamp cord, and accompanied by steel

wires and flower bars for easy installation.
