Purpose-built, fully-automatic extrusion line that converts PE (LDPE/LLDPE/HDPE), PP or rigid/flexible PVC pellets or recycled flake into high-quality flat sheets from 0.1 mm up to 30 mm thick and up to 3,000 mm wide.

• Single- or multi-layer co-extrusion layout with fast-change feedblock
• 33-36 L/D high-efficiency barrier screw and melt pump for ±2% thickness tolerance
• Vertical three-roll calender with independent servo-motor drive; mirror, matte or embossed finish
• On-line edge trim recycling; corona/flame treatment optional
