      • Digital twin modeling with Tekla Structures (LOD 400)
      • CNC plasma cutting (ISO 9013 Class 2) for complex profiles
      • Post-weld heat treatment (PWHT) complying with European Standard

   3. ‌Quality Assurance‌

      • UT testing per EN 17635 for full penetration welds

Besides the Automatic Intelligent Production Line for H beam & Box Column, the factory is well equipped with Laser Cutting Machine, Robot Welding Machine, Sawing Machine, Drilling Machine, Hydraulic Press Machine, Punching Machine, Shot-blasting machine and independent Painting workshop. 

The typical products are Built-up H section, Steel Frame, Steel Truss, Solar tracker bracket, and Pipe Racking Structures.
