The envelope system utilizes lightweight steel cladding materials (typically 0.4-0.8mm gauge) with the following advantages:
• 70-80% weight reduction compared to concrete roofs
• Weather-resistant zinc-aluminum-magnesium coatings (AZ150 grade)
• Optional thermal insulation through polyurethane/PIR sandwich panels (U-value: 0.22-0.28 W/m²·K)
• Installation rates exceeding 500m²/day per crew
