Product Overview

The AT30TSE752A/754A/758A are highly accurate digital temperature sensors with integrated nonvolatile registers and serial EEPROM. They feature a 2-wire I2C and SMBus compatible serial interface, supporting SMBus Timeout and Alert functions. With selectable addressing, up to eight devices can be connected on the same bus. These sensors offer a wide operating supply voltage range of 1.7V to 5.5V and are compatible with 400kHz and 1MHz communication speeds. They are available in industry-standard green (Pb/Halide-free/RoHS compliant) package options: 8-lead SOIC (150-mil), 8-lead MSOP (3.0 x 3.0mm), and 8-pad Ultra Thin DFN (UDFN 2.0 x 3.0 x 0.6mm).
