A pair of flattening rolls is included, driven by chain and sprocket arrangement through both corrugating rolls. These rolls are also made from durable 40Cr steel material.

The upper rollers for both corrugating and pinch functions can be adjusted up and down using a hand wheel. A feed table with gauge blocks is provided to adjust sheet width, and this table slides on an entry table for precise control.
