Installation Steps (General Reference):
Disconnect power: Disconnect vehicle 12V battery negative terminal
Turn wheels fully and shut off: Turn the steering wheel fully, turn off engine and remove key
Remove front bumper screws: Use Phillips screwdriver to remove four upper screws, use 5mm hex wrench to remove two side screws
Remove fender screws: Use Phillips screwdriver and 7mm socket to remove three fender screws, lift the splash shield
Remove connecting screws: Use square screwdriver and 7mm socket to remove screws connecting fender and bumper
Remove old fender: Carefully remove the old front fender assembly
Compare & confirm: Verify new part matches old in OE number and structure
Install new fender: Position the new fender—align with mounting holes and buckle positions
Tighten mounting bolts: Install bolts and torque to specification
Reinstall front bumper: Reinstall front bumper and surrounding trim
