Automatic Gravity Filling Machine For Bleach


Automatic Linear Gravity Filling Machine is manufactured for the automatic filling of free-flowing and low viscous liquids in the Plastic Bottles, HDPE Bottles, PET Bottles and other rigid containers.

The machine adopts the gravity feeding filling system and linear inline structure and automatically completes the bottle conveying, positioning, filling and discharging. It is ideal for filling products such as bleach, disinfectant, household cleaners, liquid chemicals, water-based detergents and other low-viscosity liquids.

It can be connected with an automatic bottle unscrambler, capping machine, labelling machine, coding system and downstream packing equipment to complete an automatic bottling line.

How Does a Gravity Filling Machine Work



The conveyor transfers empty bottles to the filling station. Sensors detect and position the containers under the filling nozzles. When the containers are in the correct position, the filling cycle starts automatically.

The liquid is filled in each container with the gravity filling system at the setting filling parameters. The containers are automatically unloaded after filling and moved on to the next stage of production, such as placing the lid on, capping, labelling or packing

Standard Bottle Filling Procedure

The normal automatic bottle filling process involves:


Bottle Infeed → Bottle Detection → Bottle Positioning → Gravity Fill → Bottle Release → Bottle Exit

Bottles can be directed straight from the filler to downstream packaging equipment.

A complete bottling line can be set up as:

Bottle unscrambling → Gravity Fill → Cap Feed → Capper → Labelling → Coding → Inspection → Finished Bottle Conveying

Line layout can be customised according to bottle size, production speed, factory space and packaging process.
