Product Description

The most commonly used materials for making woven wire mesh include stainless steel, carbon steel, galvanized steel and aluminum. Among these, stainless steel wire mesh stands out for its exceptional practicality: it boasts strong chemical resistance, is compatible with both high and low temperature liquid working conditions, and is easy to clean. Aluminum wire mesh is lightweight yet strong, with excellent electrical conductivity and a relatively low melting point, and also offers outstanding resistance to atmospheric corrosion. Carbon steel and galvanized steel wire mesh feature high strength, cost-effectiveness, and easy availability. In addition, special materials such as copper and nickel can also be used for weaving wire mesh.

Feature	65mn Crimped Wire Mesh is one of the most commonly used mining screens in mining, mineral processing, quarrying, and aggregating industries. Compared with carbon steel,45#,50#,55#,60#,70#, and 72A material grade, 65mn Material has the highest Manganese content and high carbon, which lets it have High Wear resistance and Tensile strength. Stainless steel is also a fine material, but the price is too expensive for batch quantity uses. So 65mn crimped wire mesh is a great screen for the mining, quarrying, and vibrating industry.

In its simplest form, the mining screen is a surface having many apertures, or openings, usually with uniform dimensions. Particles presented
to that surface will either pass through or be retained, according to whether the particles are smaller or larger than the governing dimensions
of the aperture. The efficiency of screening is determined by the degree of perfection of separation of the material into size fractions above
or below the aperture size.
