Operation and Curing Guide

1. Surface preparation: clean the light string and bonding surfaces to remove oil, dust and contaminants.
2. Dispensing: apply the adhesive evenly to the molding area; it does not string and is easy to apply.
3. Assembly: position and fix the light string components before curing.
4. UV curing: expose the adhesive to UV light at 200 mJ/cm² until fully cured.
5. Inspection: verify a transparent, high-hardness molded finish.
6. Rework: gently separate parts, clean the surfaces and re-apply the adhesive when repair is needed.
