Compact High-Output Platform for Professional Use

The 130W portable laser ignition system combines a high-output semiconductor laser source, adjustable optics, rechargeable power and integrated thermal management in a compact self-contained design.

Designed for controlled professional and technical environments, the unit incorporates its laser source, battery system, cooling components and control electronics into a portable housing, making transportation and storage considerably easier than with conventional bench-mounted equipment.

A coaxial red guide beam provides a visible reference for alignment, while the adjustable optical assembly allows the system to be configured for different approved working setups.

130W Semiconductor Laser Source

At the core of the system is a 130W semiconductor laser module designed for stable optical output.

The direct-output architecture keeps the optical path relatively compact and allows the complete system to remain portable while delivering high optical power.

Adjustable Optical Assembly

The front optical system incorporates an adjustable focusing lens, giving professional users greater flexibility when configuring the device for controlled testing, evaluation or integration work.

A coaxial visible red guide beam is incorporated into the optical system to provide a convenient visual alignment reference.

Because the primary laser output is high power, focusing and alignment should only be performed by trained personnel using appropriate laser-safety controls.

High-Discharge Rechargeable Battery System

The unit is powered by four EVE 21700 high-rate rechargeable lithium cells.

With a fully charged system voltage of approximately 16.8V and a battery configuration designed for high-current discharge, the integrated power system supports the electrical demands of the laser source without requiring a permanent external power supply.

This self-contained architecture makes the system suitable for portable professional setups where conventional desktop power equipment would be inconvenient.

Integrated Cooling and Thermal Protection

Efficient heat management is essential for compact high-output laser equipment.

The system combines active cooling with automatic temperature monitoring to help protect the laser source and electronic components against excessive heat buildup.

Thermal protection is designed to activate at approximately 45°C, temporarily interrupting operation when necessary to help maintain appropriate internal operating conditions.

Lightweight 3D-Printed Housing

A purpose-built 3D-printed enclosure keeps the overall system relatively lightweight while providing sufficient internal space for the laser source, power system, cooling assembly and electronic controls.

Minor surface lines or cosmetic variations may be visible as a normal result of the additive manufacturing process and do not necessarily affect product performance.

The laser unit itself weighs approximately 1 kg.

For transportation and storage, the complete system is supplied with a protective carrying case measuring approximately 29 × 21 × 10 cm. Total packaged system weight with the case is approximately 2.1 kg.
