Product Overview
The SA111BDU0500 static capacitance level gauge belongs to the capacitive point detection instrument, which relies on the principle of dielectric capacitance change to achieve fixed-point monitoring output of the material level in the silo. The effective detection length of the probe is 500mm, specially designed for powder, particle, and some liquid medium working conditions. The equipment has a simple structure and no moving parts, suitable for the top loading method of the material warehouse. When the material contacts the detection area of the probe, the capacitance value changes, and the instrument outputs a switch signal to complete the high level overflow alarm and low level shortage interlock. It is widely used for industrial storage material level protection.

Structural Composition
1. Instrument head shell: yellow die cast aluminum alloy protective shell, built-in signal conversion circuit board, side equipped with cable entry connector to achieve cable sealing connection;

2. Connection base: metal connection transition section, used for interface docking with silo equipment to ensure installation strength and sealing;

3. Detection pole assembly: long pole metal detection pole, equipped with insulation isolation sheath, set with positioning insulation ring, distinguish detection area from non detection area, probe pole length 500mm;

4. Internal signal processing unit: collects signals of weak changes in probe capacitance, completes signal discrimination and amplification processing;

5. Output circuit module: Relay contact output, can be connected to PLC and DCS control systems to achieve alarm and interlock start stop.
