7. Press Recommendations

  • Use the minimum fountain solution required to keep non-image areas clean; excessive water may slow setting and reduce colour strength.
  • Maintain stable pressroom temperature and humidity. Condition paper and ink before printing.
  • Mix ink thoroughly before use. Avoid uncontrolled addition of reducer, drier, anti-skin agent or varnish.
  • Adjust tack and colour sequence to press speed, paper surface strength, perfecting conditions and image coverage.
  • Before aqueous coating, lamination, foil stamping, laser printing or other finishing, verify complete drying and compatibility.
  • Use clean, compatible conventional offset rollers and blankets. This product is not designed for UV/LED or web-offset curing systems.

8. Colour and Process Standards

Process shades may be formulated to target ISO 2846-1 colour characteristics, and production may be controlled according to ISO 12647-2. Compliance must be demonstrated using the actual ink, substrate, ink-film thickness, press conditions and measurement data. This TDS does not by itself constitute ISO certification.

9. Storage and Handling

  • Store tightly closed in the original container at 5-30°C, away from heat, direct sunlight and ignition sources.
  • Avoid prolonged exposure to air. Reseal partly used containers immediately and keep the ink surface clean.
  • Prevent contamination with water, UV ink, cleaning solvent or incompatible auxiliaries.
  • Consult the current Safety Data Sheet (SDS) before handling. Use suitable gloves, eye protection and workplace controls.
