The HF‑S‑305 starching & setting machine is a post‑process auxiliary machine for webbing production. It is used for sizing, ironing and setting elastic, non‑elastic and label webbing of various qualities. Built with reliable quality, our machines are certified with ISO9001, CE and UDEM.

It adopts automatic temperature adjustment to obtain ideal softness and hand‑feel for different webbing thicknesses. Multiple webbing strips can be processed simultaneously. Two heating types are optional: electric heating type and steam heating type according to customer requirements.

Automatic Temperature Adjustment

Automatic temperature control system optimizes softness and surface appearance of finished webbing, achieving excellent hand‑feel for diverse webbing products.

Multi‑strip Simultaneous Processing

Capable of shaping 1‑6 pieces of webbing at one time. Processable width ranges from 5 mm to 150 mm, covering mesh safety belts, thin gauze tapes and heavy‑duty wide webbings.

Frequency‑conversion Speed Regulation

Controlled by frequency converter. Front‑rear speed difference will not cause strap over‑tightening, stable feeding for different material specifications. Speed range: 0‑30 m/min.

Dual Heating System Options

Equipped with automatic temperature controller and electronic ignition device. Customers can select electric heating version or steam heating version to match factory utility conditions.

Consistent Finished Effect

Effectively finish sizing and ironing for thick belts, wide belts and various textile straps. Keep uniform shaping result without uneven tightness after treatment.
