The 13m³ Vertical Furnace is engineered for comprehensive fire
resistance testing of building components and construction
products. This advanced system features a high-temperature vertical
furnace chamber with automated temperature and pressure control,
multiple side-mounted high-speed burners, multi-point temperature
measurement, and comprehensive safety protection.

Control & Monitoring System
The furnace temperature and pressure are automatically controlled
according to programmed standard curves. The system utilizes K-type
thermocouples for furnace temperature measurement and multiple
temperature measurement points on the specimen's unexposed surface.
Pressure sensors and multiple pressure measurement ports enable
precise furnace pressure monitoring and control.
Computer Control Software
Advanced software provides real-time monitoring of furnace
temperature, specimen temperature, furnace pressure, burner
operation, and equipment status. All test data is stored in Excel
format for comprehensive analysis, reporting, and printing.
