Working Principle

The welding rotator features driving and driven roller groups arranged in a V-shape configuration. The motor drives a gear reducer to rotate the rollers and turn cylindrical workpieces. With the self-aligning mechanism, roller groups automatically swing according to workpiece diameter to maintain centering and prevent axial movement. The welding torch remains stationary while the workpiece rotates, achieving uniform circumferential weld seams.
