This 2×1.5M column-boom welding manipulator is specially engineered for automatic welding of cylindrical workpieces. It seamlessly integrates with self-aligning welding turning rolls or welding positioners to complete both inner and outer circumferential seam welding, as well as longitudinal seam welding for tanks, pressure vessels, steel pipes, and boiler shells.

The heavy-duty box-type column and boom structure ensures exceptional rigidity and stable operation during extended continuous welding sessions. Equipped with a VFD speed control system and pendant control box, this machine offers easy operation ideal for mass production environments. Multiple optional modules are available to accommodate diverse welding process requirements.
