The 1000L single-layer blow molding machine is a specialized large-scale extrusion blow molding equipment, independently developed for the mass production of 1000-liter large hollow plastic containers.
It is widely used in the production of industrial water tanks, chemical storage barrels, agricultural liquid containers and conventional IBC tank shells, occupying a core position in the medium and large plastic container manufacturing industry. Focusing on high efficiency, stability and cost-effectiveness, this single-layer equipment adopts mature integrated extrusion molding technology, which is suitable for single-material HDPE raw material processing and meets the mainstream production demands of ordinary industrial packaging containers.
The equipment adopts a single extruder cumulative die head
structure, with a simple and stable mechanical structure, low
failure rate and convenient daily maintenance. Its core advantage
lies in efficient plasticization and continuous molding. The
matched large-diameter screw ensures uniform raw material melting
and stable parison extrusion, effectively avoiding defects such as
uneven wall thickness and material shortage of large containers.
The whole production process realizes automatic clamping, blow
molding, cooling and demolding, with high production continuity and
stable finished product quality.
In practical industrial applications, the 1000L single-layer blow
molding machine is more suitable for producing containers for
storing ordinary water, neutral chemical solutions and agricultural
fertilizers. Compared with multi-layer equipment, it has lower
manufacturing cost, higher output efficiency and lower energy
consumption, making it the preferred equipment for mass production
of ordinary large plastic containers.
