Magnet with gear overmolded

This component combines a bonded magnet with an overmolded plastic gear in a single injection molded part, enabling compact magnetic drive and sensing functions.

Overmolding ensures secure bonding and precise alignment between magnet and gear, reducing assembly steps. Custom gear profiles, magnetization and materials are available.

With rich experience more than 20 years’ in industry, the team has strong capability of making molds, tools and fixtures from design to fabrication in own tooling house. Equipped with automatic robots, it fully achieves accurate and repetitive production with limited human handling involved. By following IATF16949 system, IQC, IPQC, OQC etc  processes are implemented to guarantee products meet or exceed customers’ standard.
