UL4659 is a multi-core silicone rubber cable complying with UL758 Appliance Wiring Material standard.

• Construction Conductor: Class 5 flexible stranded bare or tinned copper; Insulation & Outer Sheath: Extruded silicone rubber (SR); Optional shielding: Aluminum foil + tinned copper braid upon request.
• Electrical & Thermal Ratings Rated Voltage: 3000V AC Rated Temperature: 150°C (dry locations) Operating temperature range: -60°C ~ +150°C
• Flame Performance Self-extinguishing, meets UL FT2 horizontal flame test.
• Key Features High flexibility, excellent heat resistance, low-temperature resistance, ozone resistance, UV resistance and good dielectric performance. Resistant to vibration and frequent bending; halogen-free and RoHS compliant. Shielded version can effectively reduce electromagnetic interference.
• Typical Applications Internal wiring for robots, heating equipment, new energy devices, automation machinery, household appliances and high-temperature multi-circuit equipment.
