Featuring full 3-sided / 5-sided hole pattern with Φ28 H7 holes on top and four vertical sides, this D28 welding fixture table delivers reliable X/Y/Z-axis positioning for building custom jigs, fixtures and tooling bases. Manufactured from stress-relieved HT300 cast iron or Q355 steel plate with full nitrided surface HV550-900, it ensures outstanding flatness, long-term stability and excellent anti-spatter performance. Fully compatible with global D28 modular clamping accessories, it eliminates high costs for dedicated single-purpose jigs and perfectly fits robot welding stations, mechanical frame production and low-medium volume mixed-part manufacturing.
