After preliminary forming, continuous lead sheets are automatically and stably conveyed to the precision edge trimming station through the matched conveying mechanism. The high-precision automatic trimming mechanism accurately cuts and removes irregular burrs, uneven margins and excess edge materials on both sides of the lead sheets, effectively calibrating the overall dimensional tolerance, surface flatness and edge straightness. This strict trimming treatment ensures that all finished lead sheets fully meet the unified dimensional specifications and high-precision requirements of subsequent electrolytic production procedures.
