Main Product Structure
The melamine tableware moulding machine consists of heavy-duty
machine frame, main hydraulic cylinder, movable heating platen,
fixed heating platen, hydraulic power station, temperature control
system, PLC control cabinet and safety protection assembly.
Hydraulic power station provides driving force for mold closing and
pressure holding. Heating platens deliver stable heat energy for
melamine powder curing. PLC system manages whole molding cycle

to guarantee stable mechanical and hydraulic performance.
Quality Inspection

pre-shipment test. Include no-load running test, pressure-holding
test, constant-temperature test, full-cycle simulation test, safety
device inspection and 8-hour aging test. We test machine running
