ZT-120 PCD/PCBN Tools' Grinder

ZT-120 is a manual precision tools grinding machine with a good reputation for more than 10 years, and more than one machine is used in Germany. Excellent body structure design, using high quality castings, stable and not easy to deform. The machine is equipped with various tools to meet different types of tools grinding.

Design Features:

• Machine body and all casts are more than 18 months natural ageing.

• SCHNEEBERGER heavy duty and precision linear slide guide for its accuracy and long life.

• The swing axis provides two options, servo motor drive and mechanical drive.

• The pneumatic system is of」APAN SMC brand, to get rapid feed and

outfeed.

• Linear grating and angle encoder of this model are FAGOR, makes sure

the precision indication.

• Spindle motor adopts Taiwan brush less motor, solid and durable. Electric

spindle can also be optional.

• The worktable rotates at an angle of 270°.

• Optical system for adjustable from 7- 45 magnifications, even 0.05mm
