Built entirely from imported all-alloy materials—which require no subsequent spraying or electroplating—this internal mixer is well suited for handling high-viscosity and high-hardness materials such as powder metallurgy compounds, ceramic powders, and titanium or aluminum alloy powders. It serves as an excellent solution for the internal mixing and refining of a diverse range of raw materials.

The two rotors in the mixing chamber rotate relative to each other at a specific speed ratio, clamping material from the feeding port and bringing it into the roller gap where it is squeezed and sheared by the rotors. After passing through the roller gap, the material hits the sharp edge of the "W" shaped mixing chamber and divides into two parts, returning to the top of the rotor along the gaps between the front/rear chamber walls and rotors. In the closed mixing chamber, materials undergo strong shearing and mixing under controlled pressure and temperature conditions, ensuring complete dispersion and plasticization of formula materials for optimal performance.

The mixing chamber features a "W" shape with an "M" shaped lower pressure cover forming a fully enclosed mixing space. The stirring blade employs a prismatic spiral design without dead angles, enabling effective shearing and dispersion of materials to meet physical property requirements. The hollow-structured stirring blade, made from imported all-alloy material (requiring no spraying or electroplating), offers excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance, minimal material adhesion, and extended service life.
