The Large-Sized 3D Calibration Board With Light Source
The 3D calibration board with light source is a high-precision 3D
calibration tool integrated with a dedicated illumination module.
It is a high-precision calibration tool used in fields such as
machine vision, photogrammetry, and 3D reconstruction. Its core
function is to provide spatial depth information calibration for
the visual system's stereo structure, thereby establishing an
accurate 3D geometric model and achieving high-precision
measurement and reconstruction. It is mainly used for system
calibration and performance evaluation in fields such as machine
vision, 3D scanning, and optical measurement. Based on traditional
passive calibration boards, it adds an active light-emitting
function to solve the problems of reflection and inaccurate feature
point extraction under complex lighting conditions, providing a
more stable, controllable, and suitable calibration condition for
complex environments.

heat and have a lifespan of up to 20,000 hours. They provide
uniform diffuse lighting, avoid external strong light interference,
and ensure clear recognition of calibration patterns;
(2) High uniformity of light source: active light emission and uniform illumination, with a light
source uniformity of 95%;
Stereo structure design: It features three-dimensional spatial
depth markers, providing Z-axis height information. Distinct from
two-dimensional calibration plates, it enables full-space
coordinate system calibration for binocular vision and structured
light systems.
(3) Customizable parameters: high precision and repeatability, integrated design and
portability, controllable performance parameters, customizable size
and wavelength band, tailored for underwater use requirements.
2. Application Scenario: Primarily used in visual calibration and inspection scenarios
where high requirements for illumination consistency, stability,
and repeatability are essential, such as production line-level
