The staggered tube layout in the D3.6E9 acts as a physical barrier, forcing the air into a winding path. This ensures continuous, direct physical contact with the copper pipes, maximizing the heat extraction rate.

In deep-freeze systems, compressor oil naturally migrates into the evaporator and coats the inside of smooth tubes with an insulating oil film, reducing heat transfer. The internal micro-grooves inside our copper tubes create high-speed refrigerant turbulence that continuously strips this oil film away. Additionally, the grooved structure multiplies the internal surface area, allowing more refrigerant to evaporate per second.

Refrigeration systems undergo severe thermal expansion and contraction as they cycle between cooling (down to -42°C evaporating temperature) and electric defrosting. This continuous expansion can cause joint fatigue and micro-leaks over time. Testing every single evaporator at 2.8 MPa using clean, dry air ensures the ultimate integrity of every copper bend and tube-to-sheet joint. This test pressure is significantly higher than the standard operating pressures of low-temperature refrigerants like R507, guaranteeing years of leak-free performance.
