Hydraulic Pressure System
High-pressure pump conveys hydraulic fluid from the oil tank and
delivers pressurized oil sequentially through the check valve,
high-pressure filter, pressure regulating valve and servo valve
before entering the loading cylinder. The computer outputs control
commands to the servo valve to adjust its spool moving direction
and opening degree, thereby regulating the oil flow rate injected
into the cylinder and realizing closed-loop constant test force
control.
Control System
This complete system consists of digital servo valves,
high-accuracy sensing modules, dedicated controllers and matched
upper-computer software, delivering outstanding control precision
and operational dependability. It satisfies the test specifications
stipulated in GB, ISO, ASTM and other recognized standards for
performance detection of cement, mortar, concrete and analogous
building materials.
