send us samples.

7), After we get defective samples then we will have a meeting with
all staffs in our factory.

8), After meeting if that is all our fault we will return back lost
of client's or will deduct lost of clients at next order's.

9), We will ask our workers to pay attention to those problems to
improve our work.
