It retains our patented dual pressure roller feeding system and optimizes the vacuum transfer drum assembly for thin, narrow label materials. A servo-driven edge correction mechanism limits label tilt angles to less than 1°, stabilizing feeding precision at ±0.3 mm. Unlike the eighteen-station variant, this unit is calibrated for small containers with a maximum workpiece diameter capped at 75 mm, targeting cosmetic ampoules, miniature essence vials and small beverage bottles.
It retains the full lineup of premium imported electrical hardware: Beckhoff PLC, ABB servo drive systems, dual linked Schneider touch panels, SICK and Leuze detection sensors, Danfoss variable frequency drives and Festo pneumatic parts. Rotary encoder linkage synchronizes labeling actions with conveyor operation, removing accuracy deviations triggered by line vibration or power instability. Mechanical upgrades include a reinforced three-stage tension spring bottle pressing assembly with electric vertical adjustment, alongside a self-lubricating dual-servo screw bottle separating mechanism.
