FDR-M200 Delta Robot Feeding Workstation
The automatic small parts picking and place station designed for
high-speed automated sorting, assembly, placement, arrangement of
tiny components. It is widely used to in industries including 3C
electronics, semiconductor, food packaging, pharmaceutical,
hardware and plastics.
Application Scenarios
This system efficiently handles bulk disordered small components
such as electronic connectors, precision screws, nuts, plastic
accessories, capsules, candy, and miniature stamped parts. Equipped
with advanced vision positioning, it enables random material
feeding, automatic identification, precise grabbing, and orderly
palletizing or assembly line feeding.

- Delta Robot (Parallel Manipulator): Features 3 sets of servo linkages and moving end platform with
payload capacity of 0.3-10kg, repetitive positioning accuracy
±0.01~±0.1mm, and cycle rate of 100-200 cycles per minute
- Flexible Vibratory Feeder: Evenly sperads small parts with random postures for visual
recognition and robotic picking, compatible with mixed materials of
multiple specifications.
- Machine Vision System: Combines top camera for global positioning and bottom camera for
secondary correction with positioning accuracy up to ±0.05mm.
- Control System & End Effector: Integrated vision and motion controller with EtherCAT bus
technology, offering vacuum suction cup and micro gripper options.
Working Process
- Manual or hopper feeding followed by material dispersion and
homogenization through flexible vibratory feeder
- Top-view camera imaging for visual recognition of part position and
posture with coordinates transmitted to Delta robot
- High-speed movement of Delta robot for precise picking using vacuum
adsorption
- Optional high-speed capturing by bottom camera for secondary
position correction before parts are placed into jigs, carriers, or
production lines
