How It Works
After preliminary crushing and cleaning, recycled plastic particles
are sent to the extruder. Through high-temperature melting and
multi-layer filtration, impurities and residual sundries in the
materials are removed. The purified plastic melt is extruded into
strips through the die head, cooled and shaped, then stretched and
heat-set to form qualified recycled strapping bands. Finally,
automatic winding is completed to realize full-process recycling
and reprocessing of waste plastics.
