Working principle:

When the drilling mud containing solid particles is transported to the vibrating screen surface, the vibrating screen generates high-frequency vibration. In this process, the vibrating screen mesh uses its own mesh structure to screen according to the particle size. Solid particles larger than the mesh size cannot pass through, and move along the screen surface under the action of vibration, and are finally discharged from the screen; while particles smaller than the mesh and the liquid phase pass through the screen to achieve preliminary separation of solid and liquid, laying the foundation for subsequent mud treatment.
