System recovery principle

During powder spraying, the unpowdered powder inside the chamber will form a certain negative wind speed (wind speed between 0.4 and 0.5m/s) in the dusting chamber under the forced action of the induced draft fan. The workpiece is placed in the flow level with a certain wind speed, so that the powder is not powdered into the recovery system, through the rotation of the cyclone separation, so that the relatively thick powder settlement to the bottom of the recovery powder barrel, through the low recovery powder pump, into the vibration screen for screening treatment, the powder after screening into the main supply powder barrel for secondary spraying.
The fine powder enters the secondary recovery through the tuyere at the top of the cyclone, and is separated through the filtration of the filter element. The clean air is discharged to the operating workshop or into the atmosphere. The powder enters the secondary recovery powder barrel at the lower part through the oscillation and backblowing of the rotating wing. This not only improves the working environment, but also ensures the quality of the coating.
