Production Process
PVC powder + additive → mixing → material feeder → twin screw
extruder → mould and calibrator → vacuum and cooling tank →
spraying cooling machine → haul-off machine → cutting machine →
discharge rack or pipe belling machine.

Haul-off Unit
Three crawler tracks ensure stable and steady pipe running.
Haul-off units can make tailored hauling model based on production
requirements by adjusting general control.
Cutting Unit
High accuracy encoder ensures precise and stable cutting length.
With PLC control system, can be cut manually according to specific
application requirements.
