The pre-cleaning equipment specially designed for mobile phone shells (glass/ceramic/plastic) and middle frames (aluminum alloy/stainless steel/magnesium alloy) integrates two core modules, high-pressure targeted spray flushing and intelligent air knife dehydration, and achieves a 99.5% surface impurity removal rate and 0.05mm crevice-free residue for CNC machining residual cutting fluid, stamping and drawing oil, dust burrs (≥5μm) and other pollutants. The equipment adopts through-type mesh belt transmission (speed 0.5-3m/min adjustable), suitable for small batch trial production and large-scale mass production, to meet the high-precision cleaning needs before electroplating, anodizing, and nano coating, and the surface tension of the workpiece after cleaning is ≥ 72mN/m, which effectively improves the yield of subsequent processes (such as a 40% reduction in the spraying defect rate).

Scalloped nozzle (30°/60° optional): covers a flat shell (e.g. glass cover) and a large arc middle frame (R-angle≥3mm), and works with a ±45° swing spray arm to achieve 360° flushing without dead angles
Needle-shaped fine nozzle (aperture 0.2mm): deep into the threaded hole of the middle frame (M1-M3), camera hole and other fine structures, pulse spray (80ms interval) to remove residual particles in the blind hole (removal rate>99%)
