ASME SA213 / ASTM A213 specification for seamless ferritic and austenitic alloy steel boler, superheater, and heat exchanger tubes. Grade T22 is a chromium-molybdenum (Cr-Mo) alloy steel. T22 material has high-temperature performance,good creep resistance and oxidation resistance due to chromium and molybdenum content.

ASME SA213 T22 alloy steel HFW (High Frequency Welded) serrated finned tubes are designed to enhance heat transfer efficiency in high-temperature and high-pressure applications. These finned tubes are widely used in oil and gas projects or power plant projects, such as heat exchangers, boilers, air coolers, and economizers where maximizing surface area and thermal performance is critical.

SA213 T22 material provides excellent creep resistance and oxidation resistance at high temperature.Thus suitable for boilers, superheaters, and heat recovery systems in power plants and refineries.

SA213 T22 material has durability in harsh environments, chromium-molybdenum (Cr-Mo) alloy resists corrosion, scaling, and sulfur attack in aggressive flue gas conditions.Serrated fins disrupt laminar flow, minimizing ash and particulate buildup, so it's ideal for coal-fired plants and waste heat recovery.
