1. International Standards

- ISO 3795

Applicable to the combustion performance test of agricultural and forestry vehicle interior materials. Its test principle (horizontal burning rate, sample size) is highly consistent with FMVSS 302.

2. European Standards

- 95/28/EC

The EU passenger car interior material vertical burning test standard complements the horizontal burning test of FMVSS 302 to jointly evaluate the fire performance of materials.

- DIN 75200

The German automotive interior material combustion test standard has similar requirements to FMVSS 302, but includes additional smoke and toxicity assessments.

3. Chinese Standards

- GB 8410

The Chinese automotive interior material combustion test standard has the same test method as FMVSS 302, but the burning rate requirement is more stringent (≤100mm/min vs. 102mm/min).

- ASTM D5132-04

American Society for Testing and Materials standard for evaluating the combustion characteristics of motor vehicle interior materials, compatible with FMVSS 302, and some test equipment can support both.
