Product Description

Working Principle
The conical mixer is mainly composed of a conical cylinder and an internal spiral agitator. During operation, the agitator lifts the bottom materials along the spiral surface to the cone top while rotating on its own axis, and at the same time, it rotates around the center axis of the cone, driving the materials to move in a circular motion. This causes the materials to form a "rise - diffusion - fall" convection cycle within the cone. Combined with the shearing and squeezing effect of the blades, different materials can achieve efficient mixing from local concentration to random and uniform distribution in the complex motion. It features a compact structure, high mixing uniformity, and convenient unloading. It is widely used in the powder or granular material mixing operations in industries such as chemical engineering, food, and pharmaceuticals.
