2. Where is your factory? Can I visit your factory?
Our factory is in Jinghai, Tianjin, which is only half an hour away
from Beijing by high-speed rail. You are welcome to visit our
factory, please let us know before you come and we will arrange a
car to pick you up.
And we have factory and office in Abuja, Lagos, and Benin City in Nigeria. We have a modular refinery of 6000 BPD in Edo and welcome you to visit the site in Nigeria.

7. How long I can receive the goods?
Different product and quantity with different delivery time,
usually our production time is 30 days, kindly let us know your
destination port. Usually the shipping time to Asian countries is 3
days to 20 days. European countries are 30-45 days, African
countries are 40-60 days, and American countries are 25-40 days.
8. Can I use my forwarder or shipping agent?
Yes, after the goods are produced, please share with us your
forwarder information and contact details, we will contact them to
arrange transportation.
9. What is your usual mode of transportation?
Our common modes of transportation are sea transportation,
container transportation or bulk transportation.
10. After purchasing your products, how do I install them?
If your destination is Nigeria or other African countries, our
after-sales team can provide local after-sales service; if you
are in other countries, we can provide installation drawings, and
you need to install according to our drawings. In addition,
we can dispatch our technicians to provide you with services.
11. Can I pay the money via Alibaba?

12. What is your usual payment method?
Usually our payment method is T/T and L/C or Negotiable
50% deposit in advance by T/T, and the balance be paid before
shipment;
