K4502 (M2162), K4504 (M2187), K4503 Diaphragm for Goyen pulse valve CA45T, RCA45T, CA45DD, RCA45DD, CA45FS, RCA45FS, CA40MR, RCA40MR; NBR material is standard, working temperature range is -5 to +80 ℃; Viton material is optional, for high temperature, working temperature range is -10 to +120 ℃. Pulse valves are operated by integral solenoid pilot operator. When the valve is energised, the trapped air above pulse valve diaphgram is quickly exhausted causing fast opening of main diaphragm valve. When the pilot operated valve is de - energised , air escapes through bleed hole of main pulse valve to balance the diaphragm pressure and instantly closes the valve.

Bag/filter cartridge dust collector pulse cleaning is utilized in various industrial applications, such as the removal of dust from cement plant kiln tails and steel plant blast furnaces.
