Our R&D team brings together specialists in mechanical
structures, electrical systems, software and control programming,

Selected Engineering Developments
Vehicle Rain Spray Test System
Designed in accordance with ISO 20653, this Vehicle Rain Spray Test System provides reliable and
repeatable water ingress testing for complete vehicles. It performs
comprehensive spray testing on all six sides of the vehicle,
ensuring accurate evaluation of sealing and waterproof performance.
The system accommodates vehicles up to 6.0 m (L) * 2.6 m (W) * 2.55 m (H), making it suitable for passenger cars, SUVs, and light commercial
vehicles.
Integrated IPX1–IPX8 Waterproof Test System
The Integrated IPX1–IPX8 Waterproof Test System is designed for complete ingress protection testing in accordance
with IEC 60529, IEC 60335-1 Clause 15, and other international standards. A single system covers all
IPX1–IPX8 test requirements, featuring a 1 * 1 m drip area for IPX1/IPX2, a maximum oscillating tube radius of 1.6 m for IPX3/IPX4, an IPX7 immersion tank with a water depth of 1.5 m, and an IPX8 pressure vessel with an adjustable water pressure range of 0–5
bar. It is an ideal solution for laboratories and manufacturers
seeking efficient, accurate, and standards-compliant waterproof
testing.
Medical Bed Comprehensive Test Device
The Medical Bed Comprehensive Test Device is designed and manufactured in accordance with IEC 60601-2-52. It is used to simulate both static and dynamic human body loads on medical beds, as well as to evaluate the strength and durability of bed side rails through comprehensive performance and life cycle testing. The
system helps manufacturers verify the durability, safety, and reliability of medical beds, making it an ideal solution for product
development, quality control, and compliance testing.
