Foam Casting Machine&Heated House

The injection molding machine plays a crucial role in the production process by mixing PU raw materials, heating them, and injecting the mixture into the steel panels. This process ensures that the PU foam is properly filled into the steel panels. After injection, the materials undergo a chemical reaction due to the applied heat, filling the steel panels.

The heated house enhances the bonding between the polyurethane and the steel panels. After the PU foam is injected and undergoes initial foaming, the heating room provides the necessary conditions for curing and drying. This process stabilizes the molecular structure of the PU foam, ensuring a strong and durable adhesion to the steel panels. Straightening Device

The straightening device is primarily used to correct product bends. It corrects arch bends through the first three straightening passes, while side bends are adjusted using the straightening head. This ensures the final product is straight and meets the required specifications.
