The particulate emission characteristics of diesel engines fueled with different fuels (biodiesel and pure diesel) after post-treatment (DOC, DPF, CCRT) were tested on bench and road. The results show that CCRT device can reduce more than 90% of nuclear particles and aggregated particles in diesel engine exhaust, and significantly reduce the toxicity and emission of polycyclic aromatic combustion particles of biodiesel.
